Policies


Reservations
A deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation. The balance is due and must be received by Beach House Hawaii 90 days prior to the first day of your retreat.

Payment can be made by check, VISA, Mastercard, American Express. Prices do not include airfare. You do not need to have your flight booked in order to put a deposit down. Room descriptions and package prices are detailed in full under the Rates page. Room selections are available on a first come first serve basis.

Cancellation Policy
You must cancel 90 days prior to the first day of the retreat in order to receive a full refund of your deposit less a $200 cancellation fee.

If you cancel within 90 days of the first day of the retreat no refund will be made; unless we are able to fill your spot on the retreat booked. If we are unable to fill your spot on the retreat booked, your deposit (less a $200 cancellation fee) will go toward a future retreat within one year of the date of your cancellation. The ability to re-book expires after one calendar year from your cancellation date and no refund will be made.

There will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late or leaving early. There are no exceptions to the above cancellation policies including personal injuries or weather.

If a retreat is cancelled by Beach House Hawaii and/or Peace in Paradise, all deposits and full payments to date will be refunded in full which constitutes settlement fees. Guests will be allowed to reschedule for a future retreat within one calendar year of the cancellation announcement date by Beach House Hawaii and/or Peace in Paradise. Beach House Hawaii and/or Peace in Paradise will not be held responsible for any additional travel expenses incurred in preparation for cancelled retreats including airline tickets, travel delays, flight cancellations or illness. All guests must sign the "Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk" forms prior to arrival. If this form is not signed prior to arrival you will not be allowed to participate in the retreat and no refund will be made.

Airline flights
You will be booking a flight into the Honolulu International Airport. Please book your flights to arrive at HNL on the first listed day of your retreat and fly out of HNL on the last listed day of your retreat. Transportation will be available from the airport to the Peace in Paradise retreat. A Peace in Paradise representative will greet you at the airport between 12noon and 5pm, so please schedule your flights accordingly. If you are not able to fly in at that time, please contact us and we will see what can be done, this may entail you taking a taxi from the airport to our location at your expense.

If you would like to come earlier than the first day of the retreat, or stay after the last day of the retreat, we have many houses in the neighborhood that may be able to accommodate you. If you would like to schedule a stay before or after the retreat for your family, please let us know. Also, if you would like to bring your family or friends during the retreat, and have them stay close-by, please let us know and we will see what we have that may accommodate them.
